Information on shipping for Aquatec watermaker

General

All watermakers, accessories and parts we offer are available from stock Hamburg.
We ship daily, working days Monday to Friday.

The handover of the goods to the carrier usually takes place 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.
Export deliveries with a value of goods over 1.000,-€ to countries outside the EU take place due to the necessary export processing 2-4 working days after receipt of payment.

You will only be charged for the actual transport costs including packaging. Possible transport damages are insured by us. The cost of return shipment will be paid on your expense.

Export deliveries as well deliveries to some EU countries we send by express service with DHL Express, UPS, Fedex or TNT.

European value added tax regulations

Deliveries within the EU are made at the tax rate of the respective country of delivery.

Business customers need to provide their VAT number (in short VAT "Value added tax identification number") for an order to an address in another European country.

Goods delivered by NMH North Marine Handels GmbH within Germany or to countries inside the EU are subject to VAT at the rate of the respective country of delivery. If these goods are then exported to NON-EU COUNTRIES a VAT refund according to § 7132 (3) UStG is NOT possible on our part. We ask for your understanding.

Deliveries to the Canary Islands

are made without German VAT, but there may be additional customs or tax costs locally. These must be paid by the consignee. Please inform yourself in advance at the responsible local authorities.

Worldwide shipment outside EU

NMH North Marine Handels GmbH ships worldwide to any unique address.

The invoicing will be without German VAT. Possible transport damages are insured by us.

Costs that are beyond NMH's control

We expressly point out that customs duties, taxes, import fees, storage fees, or other costs may be incurred in the recipient country. In some countries, customs brokerage is required. These costs are not covered by NMH North Marine. Please check in advance with the local authority in the destination region.

For more information on costs, customs release times, etc., please contact your local customs authorities. Some countries' customs authorities require the importer/consignee of goods to provide special proof of identification before a shipment is released. As the importer/consignee of the goods, you may be required to provide an identification number, such as national identification number, CPF or tax number. NMH North Marine Handels is not required to issue a supplier or long-term supplier declaration and/or export declaration to you as the consignee or to Customs, or to obtain one from its own pre-suppliers.

International shipping: costs, transit times and delivery restrictions

We would also like to inform you that we have no control over the duration of delivery by forwarding and shipping companies and cannot guarantee complete tracking of the package. Please note that international shipping to certain countries is subject to delivery restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into the destination country.

For air and ocean freight shipments, a "door-to-door" service may not be included and you may be required to pick up the product at the appropriate airport or port. All costs incurred on site, such as transport or travel costs, are to be covered by the recipient.
